A leading retailer in bioinformatics instruments faced a significant challenge: keeping its salesforce well-informed about complex products that require continual learning. Traditional training channels had been ineffective, as lengthy update courses were infrequent and failed to engage effectively. The need was for a solution that allowed continuous, engaging training, incorporating elements of gamification.

We devised a low-code solution, leveraging modern technologies to create a highly interactive and continuous training platform. The solution MVP developed within just seven days, employed

  • Firebase and Firestore: For real-time database functionality, ensuring instant updates and seamless data management.
  • FlutterFlow: A front-end framework was utilised for its adaptability and efficiency in creating a user-friendly interface.
  • Headless CMS (CAISY): This approach facilitated dynamic content management, allowing quick and easy updates to training materials.
  • Google Cloud SQL and Storage: These were used for robust and scalable data storage solutions.
