One continuous picture.
Four steps to put it to work.

An operating system is the layer that unites your data, documents and workflows and exposes them to people and AI in one consistent way. Here is one example, from the first module to the agent that uses it.
Every system we build starts from the same foundation: identity and tenants, permissions and audit, an admin dashboard, automations, jobs. On top sit the recurring modules: documents with OCR, orders and payments, scheduling, voice, reports. They already run in production, so your system starts from working software.
A customer registry, a form engine, an approval flow.
The audit tells us which modules fit and which are missing. We assemble the platform, the mobile app or the internal framework from the primitives, connect it to the ERP, CRM and documents you already have, and build the custom modules as first-class parts of the same system.
Customers + Orders + Documents + Shifts become the management system of a construction company.
Model Context Protocol is the open standard Claude, ChatGPT and agents use to discover and call tools. We publish the actions each module supports, scope them by role, separate reads from writes, and log every call. Sensitive actions wait for a person.
list_open_orders(customer) is visible to sales; approve_payment only to who can approve.
Your team works from the tools it already uses. Agents take over repetitive work, reporting and follow-ups; people approve what matters and see everything in the log. We measure, tune and extend the system one workflow at a time.
“Move Marco’s shift to Thursday” updates the schedule and notifies the team.
A short audit inside your company, then a system that grows one workflow at a time. Working software in weeks.
We work inside your company: processes, tools, data flows, where hours and accuracy are lost. We find the workflow where the system pays for itself first.
OutputProcess map · Module plan
We assemble your system from our primitives, configure the modules you need, and build the ones that exist only in your company.
OutputYour OS, configured
We ship the MCP server: typed tools, permissions by role, audit log. We connect Claude, ChatGPT and the agents you choose.
OutputMCP gate · Connected clients
Agents take over repetitive work, reporting and follow-ups. We measure, tune and extend alongside your team.
OutputAgents in production · Hours back
The first workflow is usually live in a few weeks. We deliberately start from one module and one flow, on the primitives already in production, so there is working software early instead of a quarter of platform-building.
A workflow that hurts, access to the systems it touches, and one person who knows how the work happens today. The scoping call is where we map the rest.
No. It connects to them. The operating system is the layer above: the modules you are missing, one consistent access for people, and an MCP gate for AI. What already works stays.
We document everything and can stay on to run and extend it, or step back. There is no per-seat licence and no lock-in.
Every tool is scoped by role, sensitive actions require a person's approval, and every call is logged. Agents accelerate the work; accountability stays with your team.
§ 04: Start with an audit
We map how your work runs, choose the modules, and open the first workflow to AI.
