1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Contact data you submit (name, email, company, and the message describing the workflow you want to automate).
• Technical data your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type) and anonymous usage analytics.
• Any information you share with us during a scoping call or engagement.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• To reply to enquiries and prepare a proposal — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To operate, secure and improve the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send you material you explicitly ask for — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting as our processors (hosting, email, analytics) under data-processing agreements, and only as needed to deliver the service. Where a provider is outside the EU, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and, where a relationship starts, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymised form.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any right, email us at hello@dbs.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
